  PROs: no one above or below you, you have two floors, 2nd bedroom has a balcony looking down to the living room/fireplace.
  CONs: trains zoom by RIGHT NEXT to you every night, you end up paying the water bill for them watering the lawn using the spigot outside your unit, car got broken into in the parking lot, both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor but bathroom is on the 1st floor (didn't impact me but I was told that women would hate this "feature").
